This authentic extra virgin olive oil from Puglia is produced directly by Beato Vini using Cellina and Ogliarola olives harvested from a centuries-old olive grove of approximately 200 years, located in the countryside of Manduria. The trees thrive in a typical Mediterranean environment, providing ideal conditions for producing high-quality olive oil.

The olives are carefully harvested and immediately transported to the De Padova certified organic olive mill, where they are processed within a few hours of harvesting. The oil is obtained exclusively through cold extraction, a gentle process that preserves the fruit's aromas, fragrances and valuable organoleptic properties.

It has a brilliant golden-yellow colour. On the nose it is pleasantly fruity with delicate vegetal notes. On the palate it is smooth, harmonious and lightly spicy, with pleasant sweetness, a gentle peppery finish and only a hint of bitterness, resulting in a perfectly balanced extra virgin olive oil.

Ideal for use as a finishing oil, it pairs beautifully with salads, vegetables, fish, seafood, soups, carpaccio and grilled meat. Its delicate character enhances Mediterranean dishes without overpowering their natural flavours.
