General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the e-commerce website Beato Vini (www.beato-vini.com), operated by FG-Company GmbH, to customers domiciled in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these GTC.

3. Products
The Seller markets wines and wine-related products. Product descriptions are provided on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
5. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation to the Customer by email.
6. Payment methods
Payment for the products can be made via TWINT or bank transfer. The order will only be processed and fulfilled once payment has been confirmed. In the case of a bank transfer, the order will only be shipped after the full amount due has been credited to our account.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
7.1 Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging and the products. In the event of damaged or tampered packaging, the Customer must immediately notify the courier and contact the Seller without delay, providing photos of the packaging and products.
8. Sale of alcoholic beverages
The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to persons of legal age in accordance with applicable law. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have reached the legal age required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages in their country of residence.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order in case of reasonable doubt regarding the Customer’s age. Delivery may only be made to an adult; the courier may request age verification upon delivery.
9. Returns and complaints
No right of withdrawal is provided, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors. Any complaints must be reported within 5 working days of delivery, indicating the order number and, where possible, enclosing photos of the product and packaging.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For further information, please refer to the Privacy and Cookie Policy available on the website.
11. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit) nor for delays caused by circumstances not attributable to the Seller (e.g. force majeure events or courier service disruptions).
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
