Primitivo Salento IGP

Sant'Anastasia Rosato is a fresh and elegant Primitivo Rosé wine from Salento IGP, produced from selected Primitivo grapes and vinified to highlight finesse, balance and drinkability. A contemporary and versatile wine that expresses the most delicate and luminous side of Primitivo.

In the glass it shows a pale, bright pink colour. On the nose, it offers fresh and intense aromas of crisp red fruit with light, inviting notes. On the palate it is fresh, well-balanced and pleasantly savoury, with good smoothness and a clean, enjoyable finish. A harmonious rosé, ideal for convivial and everyday drinking.

Perfect as an all-round wine, it pairs naturally with fish dishes, seafood soups and broths, grilled or baked fish, shellfish, medium-aged cheeses and cured meats. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Grape variety: 100% Primitivo

Harvest period: late August - early September (hand-harvested)

Aging: ageing in stainless steel tanks followed by a short period of bottle maturation

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
