Sant'Anastasia Orange Wine is a Salento IGP made from 100% Fiano grapes, intense and contemporary, produced through a long skin maceration. A wine with strong character, combining structure, elegance and remarkable aromatic complexity.

In the glass it shows an attractive colour ranging from amber to coppery orange. On the nose, notes of dried apricot, orange peel, tea, honey and dried fruits emerge. On the palate it is dry and well-structured, with fine tannins, good freshness and a full, enveloping body. An authentic Orange Wine, ideal for those seeking an unconventional tasting experience.

Versatile and surprising at the table, Sant'Anastasia Orange Wine pairs perfectly with structured Mediterranean dishes such as octopus, fennel sausage, aged pecorino cheese and roasted vegetables. Thanks to its aromatic complexity, it also matches beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine featuring curry, ginger or fermented notes. It is equally enjoyable on its own, as a true meditation wine.
