Sant'Anastasia Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG is a meditation wine of great intensity and charm, produced from carefully selected Primitivo grapes and a meticulous winemaking process that enhances its richness and harmony. An authentic and refined expression of this historic grape variety, combining natural sweetness, structure and elegance.

In the glass it shows a deep garnet red colour. On the nose, enveloping aromas of ripe and spirit-soaked fruit emerge, accompanied by spicy notes and more evolved nuances. On the palate it is full, warm and velvety, with a well-balanced sweetness, soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. An intense and seductive wine, ideal for slow and mindful tasting.

Perfect as a dessert or meditation wine, it pairs elegantly with dry pastries, chocolate-based desserts, blue cheeses and moments of conviviality at the end of a meal.

Harvest period: September (hand-harvested)

Ageing: ageing in stainless steel tanks followed by French oak barrels and bottle maturation

Alcohol content: 19.40% Vol.
