Our wines are artisanally produced and so rely on the vintage characteristics that Mother Nature offers in a given year. But they also reflect our vision of what great Primitivo is - concentrated, layered and elegant with both fruity and savory flavors as well as velvety tannins and notable freshness.
Enjoy our Sant'Anastasia wines with Mediterranean food, robust southern Italian dishes, grilled red meat, roasted game, aromatic stews, tomato-based pasta sauces - or with good friends sharing delicious bread, prosciutto, aged cheese and some relaxing music.
Our wines would drink best after decanting and served between 16 to 18°C.
