General Tasting Note

Sant'Anastasia Orange Wine is made from 100% Fiano grapes, an ancient indigenous variety from southern Italy. Its distinctive colour ranges from amber to coppery orange. On the nose, there are notes of dried apricot, a hint of orange peel, tea, honey and walnuts. It is a dry, well-structured wine with fine tannins (as in red wine), good freshness and a robust body.

Pairing

It pairs well with hearty dishes from southern Italy, such as octopus, fennel sausage, mature pecorino, and roasted vegetables, as well as Asian dishes featuring curry, ginger or fermented flavours. This wine is also very enjoyable on its own as a ‘meditation wine’
