This tasty olive oil has been grown and produced by Francesco dePadova in a completely organic way for several years. Only "Cellina" olives from their own olive groves are used. The ripe olives are shaken and after a few hours they are processed in the ultra-modern olive pressing plant. The "Extra Vergine" olive oil is "cold extracted". This sophisticated and extremely gentle production process results in a top quality olive oil. All eteric oils are preserved and the residual acidity is consistently less than 0.2%.
To enjoy: ideal zu Salaten, Carpaccio, Meeresfrüchten, Gemüse, Fisch, Suppen und auch Vanilleeis.
Tasting notes: This monocultivar "Olive Cellina" organic olive oil is slightly fruity, sweet and with a slight vegetable flavor. Its golden yellow color reflects the splendid sun of Puglia.
